Shipping policy

USA ORDERS:

A flat-rate shipping rate of $7.95 will be applied to all orders within the CONTIGUOUS United States. Additional shipping fee will be applied to orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico . Typical delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, although some large parcels traveling cross-country via UPS may take up to 7 days.

CANADIAN ORDERS:

We ship via US Mail to Canada Post. The postal rate can range from around $25 for a small order up to $50+ for a larger order. The customer is responsible for any VAT tax or Duty. Typical delivery time is 5 to 15 business days.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Beginning January 2022, PhysiVāntage is proud to announce a distribution partnership with EPIC-TV and BananaFingers for direct-to-consumer sales in the United Kingdom and throughout Europe! These online stores may also ship products to parts of Asia and Africa. Contact the EPIC-TV shop for details.

In special cases, PhysiVāntage North America will ship intercontinental orders. Depending on the country, parcels will arrive via either UPS or the US Mail to the customer country's official mailing service. Shipping rates vary greatly by country and the total weight of the order. PURCHASER is responsible for any additional VAT tax or import duties that are due on delivery of the package to the purchaser. Typical delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks, although Customs delays can add to this transit time...and unfortunately, we've had a few customers wait 4 to 8 weeks due to Customs delays. 

NOTE: We recommend limiting International orders to just 2 to 4 items per order, as import regulations may limit (and Customs may reject) larger quantities as beyond that needed for personal use. 

BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS--NO REFUNDS ON LOST, BLOCKED, OR UNDELIVERED ITEMS.
