Refund policy

We love our products, and we believe you will too!

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products (nutrition), we can not accept returns. However, If there is a problem with your order, we'd like to hear from you so that we can make it right. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please email us a photo of the product and, in most cases, we'll be able to ship you a replacement. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our product, please contact us with details and we may be able to issue a partial or full refund (minus shipping). Refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion. Shipping/mailing fee is NOT refundable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued for products purchased at www.PhysiVantage.com

Pro-deal, Ambassador, and bulk discount orders are NOT eligible for a refund.
