As a woman that is plant based finding a protein powder that is balanced and sustains can be challenging. I especially love that PhysiVantage POWERPLEX has micro doses of creatine in it. I find this especially beneficial as a woman near my time of month. It has helped me with energy and recovery but also lessened PMS symptoms. It mixes well with water and is pleasant, I haven’t tried it with plant milk, but would assume it would taste even better! I just like the ease of mixing with water. Its price point is great for what you are getting and I love that they also have their products tested for heavy metals, since plant protein can have higher concentrations.
